In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Register units in the warehouse management system.
• Verify discrepancies between documents and the system.
• Audit cyclical counts, report, and reconcile inventory differences.
• Update and analyze inventory databases for variances.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and fill out adjustment forms.
• Request system adjustment approvals from managers and clients.
• Generate and track performance indicators like cyclical counts.
• Maintain a tidy workspace using the 5s tool.
• Report any issues or irregularities in operations.
• Address internal/external user queries efficiently.

This role requires you to have:

• Technician or technologist in Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 1-year experience in inventory management typing/analysis.
• Excellent customer service skills.
