GES - Global Experience Specialists is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Exhibitor Success team. This role is essential for analyzing and forecasting performance metrics to enhance customer interactions during various stages of exhibitions. The team is dedicated to providing exemplary service and continuous improvement, making this a key position in their objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Analyst Supervisor on departmental projects.
• Analyze data to understand factors influencing customer interactions and satisfaction.
• Collect, analyze, and report on survey data.
• Forecast and evaluate performance against key metrics for Exhibitor Success.
• Monitor agent performance using scorecards.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Salesforce, Enghouse, and Oracle.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for the department and beyond.
• Assist with software maintenance and administration in the contact center.
• Support projects as directed by the Data Analyst Supervisor.
