In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead the Risk and Performance Team within projects and committees.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models, BI systems, and data warehouses.
  • Identify and implement new reporting and analytics opportunities.
  • Ensure data source validation and support data governance.
  • Design and maintain data warehouse solutions.
  • Support data validation and business intelligence projects.
  • Train stakeholders in using BI systems.
  • Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance with data standards.
  • Evaluate and improve quality control systems.
  • Train new team members in Business Intelligence methods.
  • Maintain expertise in core operating systems and BI solutions.
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and major initiatives.
  • Understand and perform Bank Secrecy Act functions.
  • Attend relevant training and maintain policy awareness.
  • Protect sensitive data and ensure confidentiality.

This role requires you to have:

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of relational databases and BI tools.
  • Complex query writing using SQL.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
