In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with nonprofit clients to gather requirements for data migration.
- Design, plan, and manage the data migration process.
- Work with experts to define and communicate data migration needs.
- Prepare detailed data migration plans, including risk assessment and milestones.
- Manage risks and monitor impacts within the migration plan.
- Develop best practices for data migration activities.
- Conduct analysis on source systems for data mapping.
- Perform data migration and testing from core systems.
- Conduct data migration audits and exception reporting.
- Ensure data assurance in both source and target systems.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with datasets and advanced VBA scripting

- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
The position involves a 40-hour workweek and is full-time, exempt status. Applicants should reside in NY, NJ, GA, or CA.
