In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and verify healthcare metrics using Databricks.
• Maintain comprehensive data documentation and standards.
• Implement software engineering best practices in analytics code.
• Prepare data for analysis by ensuring cleanliness and transformation.
• Support BI dashboards with actionable data insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with six years of experience, Master's with four, or PhD with two years in a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and basic statistics
• Intermediate Python programming skills
• Problem-solving and structuring abilities
• Capable of managing analysis projects independently
• Effective written and verbal technical communication
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of broader project goals
• Ability to independently master new techniques
• Must reside in the United States
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts
