In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain reporting needs.
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and test reports and dashboards for effective communication.
• Ensure accuracy and validity of reports, addressing discrepancies.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Document report designs and maintain data definitions.
• Train other employees and ensure adherence to company core values.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of business analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server and MS SQL Server.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
