Gormat is looking for an experienced Data Scientist Expert to join their team, tasked with enhancing data collection and analysis capabilities. This role is critical for supporting data-driven decision-making at the Sponsor's site and involves programming in Python, using APIs, and automating data processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end quality assurance of data feeds and sets.
• Support data triage and assessment on site.
• Identify improvements in workflows or systems.
• Participate in regular stand-up meetings.
• Contribute to code reviews.
• Cross-train on existing collection tools.
• Support building, monitoring, alerting, and reporting outputs such as dashboards.
• Research options for data collection from various platforms.
• Evaluate web platforms' data access capabilities.
• Recommend data acquisition approaches.
• Programmatically access and process data using scripts and APIs.
• Enhance systems for data exploitation.
• Improve custom collection scripts and automate data processes.
