The Data Analyst role exists to support ICE's Juvenile Family Management Division, ensuring effective program execution through data analysis and collaboration with various teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather timely information for requests
• Support data analytics and reporting for weekly and monthly requirements
• Provide JFMD data support within internal and external systems
• Conduct trend analysis to aid program planning
• Perform cross-functional data analyses for program evaluation
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Understand client challenges, perform gap analysis, propose solutions
• Coordinate with team to meet project schedules
• Develop and disseminate project deliverables adhering to quality standards
• Establish and execute project communication plans
• Verify and analyze project data
• Track and report project progress with metrics
• Analyze requirement changes and recommend timely solutions
• Use advanced writing skills for clear, concise narrative creation

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments
• Experience with data analytic tools in the ICE environment
