The Senior Data Scientist role is pivotal in collaborating with diverse teams to create tools for data analysis and visualization, specifically supporting CAR-T product development to ensure high-quality outcomes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Integrate and analyze complex data from various sources including clinical trials and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain effective dashboards for data visualization.
- Ensure CAR-T product quality and suggest improvements for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with the Translational team to enhance understanding and optimize patient outcomes.

This role requires you to have:
- B.S., M.S., or higher in related fields such as Data Science or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
- Expertise in R/Shiny, Python, JavaScript, and Tableau.
- Experience with dashboard development and multivariate data analysis.
- Familiarity with clinical trials and data flow.
