In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating new insurance products and solutions to drive premium growth and maintain competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams for product specification and pricing strategy development.
  • Gather and analyze product-specific data from various sources.
  • Monitor product performance and provide analytical summaries and recommendations.
  • Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, including SWOT analysis.
  • Participate in the creation of product and rate revisions, underwriting guidelines, and procedures.
  • Work with various teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Contribute to developing and presenting training on new products to internal teams and agents.
  • Coordinate with IT on system improvements for effective operations.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Liberal Arts, or related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience in product development.
  • Certifications such as AU, CPCU, CIC, INS, ARM, CLP or relevant designations may be required.
