Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a skilled Procurement Data Analyst to enhance procurement performance. This role is pivotal in organizing procurement data, collaborating with various teams, and providing insightful analysis to streamline procurement operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate data from suppliers and internal systems like SAP and BW.
• Ensure procurement data is organized for easy access and analysis.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Procurement teams for reviews.
• Produce regular procurement performance reports, including spend analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as cost savings and delivery performance.
• Develop dashboards to display procurement metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify spending trends and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze procurement spending to suggest cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on various metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies in the procurement process and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to provide data-driven decision insights.
• Coordinate procurement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Predict future procurement needs based on historical trends.
• Model different procurement strategies to assess risks and outcomes.
• Verify procurement data accuracy and consistency.
• Support and lead business systems upgrades within the Procurement team.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality standards as per Good Manufacturing Practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with tools like SAP, BW, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Ability to identify trends and recommend procurement strategy improvements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience with MS Project and managing MS SharePoint sites.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
