Great Lakes Integrated Network IPA (GLIN IPA) is looking for a Data Engineer Analyst to bolster their Tech/Data team. This position is pivotal for managing SQL databases, creating automated reporting solutions, and supporting GLIN's ambitious operational and strategic projects. The team targets excellence in data integrity and aims for innovative data solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Handle operational tasks and reporting projects to support strategic initiatives.
• Build and optimize SQL Server queries for data testing and validation.
• Develop automated reports using Python and Excel VBA.
• Manage diverse payer data sources for accurate data pipelines.
• Test data builds to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create and maintain dashboards with Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with departments to fulfill data needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support business goals.
