- Design comprehensive data architectures and develop standards for data handling.
- Manage data quality to meet user needs effectively.
- Deliver updates and track projects using Jira and MS Planner.
- Access and use structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for analysis.
- Apply business technologies and performance metrics to strategic operations.
- Oversee content management systems and predictive analytics applications.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models.

This role requires you to have:
- U.S. Army TRADOC or similar military experience
- 10+ years in data science/engineering
- DoD Top Secret clearance
- Expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning
- Experience with statistical methods and various data platforms
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with data mesh architecture
- Proficient in cloud and business software
- Familiarity with AI and modeling
- Understanding of organizational management and development
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies experience
