Group O seeks a Data Analyst to manage and analyze extensive datasets, providing key insights to shape business strategies. The successful candidate will work alongside diverse teams within the organization, using strong analytical skills to aid in achieving company-wide objectives. The role exists to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated into business planning, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries in a Teradata environment across multiple platforms.
- Utilize Microsoft Access for data import/export, query building, and automation.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from varied sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data to highlight trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with various teams to address their data needs and supply relevant insights.
- Apply statistical techniques for hypothesis testing, regression, and predictive modeling.
- Present data findings clearly through reports and presentations.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track business performance and identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of data collection systems and strategies.

This role requires you to have:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Expert knowledge of complex databases, including Teradata.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools like PowerPoint.
- Expertise with ETL processes and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
You would benefit from having:

- Knowledge or experience in the Telecommunications industry.
