Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Data Engineer Analyst to join their financial information operations team. This role focuses on harnessing, cleaning, and analyzing substantial data volumes and transforming them into insightful, user-friendly dashboards and applications to aid in data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will work within an Agile/Scrum methodology, engaging closely with clients to iterate based on feedback.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as a data engineer analyst on the Business Transformation team
- Develop automated data pipelines for data visualization dashboards
- Import data from external sources and develop web-based query applications

This role requires you to have:
- Active and maintained SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of experience in Data Science, Data Management, Data Engineering, or Technology Consulting
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in software development and documenting business requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for developing visualizations
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience working with query languages like SQL
