Senior Data Management Analyst

Guidehouse is looking for a Senior Data Management Analyst to analyze large data sets and produce data visualizations, offering insights to leadership. This role supports the development of key deliverables and addresses internal and external requirements, enhancing data analysis within the team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of large data sets in various formats.
• Create visual data representations and communicate insights to leadership.
• Maintain and update dashboards and reports with key metrics.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc data analysis requests in a dynamic environment.
• Support development of work products and deliverables.
• Assist with analyses for internal and external requirements, identifying trends.
• Operate and maintain MS Excel-based models.

This role requires you to have:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
• At least four years of experience in advanced statistical methods.
• Advanced Excel functions expertise (Get & Transform, DAX).
• Creative problem-solving and consultancy mindset.
• Capability to maintain strong relationships with team and clients.
• Experience in analyzing medical and pharmacy claims.
