Senior Product Analyst

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Digital Consulting team. This position involves collaborating with people from program management to engineers, aimed at enhancing systems and processes. The successful candidate will work across teams to establish workflow efficiencies and support the overall mission of the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program management, scrum masters, product managers, architects, and engineers.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog and develop user stories.
• Communicate product goals and release plans.
• Analyze systems and business needs, proposing workflow improvements.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and meetings for decision making.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum five years of experience with healthcare.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Leadership and facilitation skills for scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and agile methodologies.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
