In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement AI/ML models for business challenges like anomaly detection and personalized experiences.
• Transition models from proof-of-concept to production-ready solutions with a focus on scalability.
• Maintain high-quality engineering standards by reviewing and contributing to the codebase.
• Work with containerized environments for the deployment and monitoring of ML services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering (3+ years with a PhD)
• Proven deployment of ML solutions from PoC to scalable systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or Scala
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, and containerization
