The team aims to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic HR analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Execute high-level workforce planning.
• Identify data patterns and trends across business units.
• Connect people data to business performance for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the People Team to create standardized reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
• Support initiatives like succession planning, engagement, and performance management.
• Assist with organizational design projects.
• Develop and refine talent management metrics.
• Audit and reconcile data issues, influencing organizational controls.
• Provide on-demand reports to support talent strategies.
• Drive process improvements for data accuracy and consistency.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and logical/aggregation formulas.
• Ability to create and format charts and visualizations.
• Database querying and joining datasets.
