In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct professional public outreach for the Assessor’s Office.
• Produce and validate state-mandated deliverables.
• Handle public data requests.
• Manage field-work systems and devices.
• Collect and tabulate data for property appraisals.
• Perform field data collection and site evaluations.

This role requires you to have:

• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Completion of ICS 100 and ICS 200 within the first year.

You would benefit from having:

• Basic Appraisal Principles, Procedures, and Mass Appraisal courses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
