Hallmark Cards’ Insights & Analytics team delivers powerful reporting and comprehensive analyses to drive business decisions. They seek individuals enthusiastic about exploring data to uncover trends and opportunities.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Gather data from multiple sources using tools like SQL, Python, and R Studio.
- Organize data using Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Analyze data to identify significant trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Summarize findings using Tableau and PowerPoint.
- Present analysis results to internal partners, adjusting the content to the audience's understanding level.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of professional data analytics experience
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, Scala, Octave, SAS, or MATLAB
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
You would benefit from having:
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Math, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Social Sciences, STEM, or a quantitative field
- Strong business acumen combined with experience exploring various data sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting to internal and external business customers
- Proven track record of simplifying complex problems
- Experience with CPG and/or Retail data, including transactions, supply chain, and financial data
