In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration solutions utilizing Apache Airflow, Informatica, Python, and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for accurate data loading into the data warehouse.
• Create error handling, alerting, monitoring, and testing protocols for data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data requirements.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines for improved performance and scalability.
• Implement DevOps practices, including version control with BitBucket and CI/CD with Jenkins.
• Develop and manage strategies to support various development streams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through testing and validation.
• Work with databases and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Integrate data from multiple APIs into the data warehouse.
• Participate in Agile development processes using tools like Jira.
• Be available for occasional on-call night/weekend support.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, particularly Snowflake.
• Experience with ETL tools and proficient in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AWS.
