In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data daily to determine exception report workload volumes.
• Employ various methods like data mining and electronic documentation to gather data.
• Make recommendations to enhance data collection, analysis, and management techniques.
• Clean and filter data to resolve issues, utilizing reports and performance indicators.
• Deliver comprehensive reports based on data analysis to company leaders.

• Strong analytical and data-driven abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in data analysis or similar roles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
