This role supports the district's mission by providing analysis and strategic insights to improve HR initiatives and employee satisfaction.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance processes, policies, and employee engagement.
• Analyze staffing needs and forecast workforce requirements.
• Manage data upload and reporting using HRIS systems like ClayHR.
• Research HR practices and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and implement data security measures.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
• Proficient with HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
