The Data Analyst role within HAVI's Global Planning & Analytics division supports the Data Management team to enhance data processes and insights. This position collaborates across teams to map value streams and identifies process improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and drive data-driven opportunities for improvement with business leaders.
• Collaborate with teams to collect and analyze data, creating comprehensive reports.
• Lead the automation of data workflows for efficiency.
• Develop impactful presentations and reports with effective data visualizations.
• Ensure quality standards of deliverables in every sprint.
• Document current processes and plan transformative journeys.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with statistical software and BI tools like MS-PowerBI.
