HaystackID is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team, focusing on data processing and manipulation post-export. This role is essential to support client needs and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated and client-focused, contributing innovative ideas to tackle complex challenges.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Process data using NUIX and Relativity, including importing, filtering, and exporting.
• Develop custom deliverables to address client needs.
• Update project tracking sheets and compile client reports, such as exception, exclusion, and custom reports.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure the appropriate tools and workflow are utilized for tasks.
• Communicate effectively to provide status updates.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with legal entities or vendors.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional team with proven team player capabilities.
• Proficient in processing with technologies like Concordance, Summation, and others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong documentation and analysis skills with excellent follow-through.

The role requires a shift from 3pm-12am ET, Sunday to Thursday.
