• Lead the review, analysis, and evaluation of workflows.
• Define project requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for MEDITECH modules.
• Manage customer expectations and mentor team members.
• Facilitate agreements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Navigate complex organizational dynamics and manage relationships.
