This position supports HCA’s MEDITECH Expanse electronic health records (EHR) team, emphasizing the development of standard clinical documentation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, test, implement, support, and maintain the inpatient EHR Expanse.
• Ensure EHR changes are evidence-based and in line with clinical standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and participate in the design and development of new content.
• Manage clinical reviews and present data on EHR content and functionality.
• Collaborate with ITG Product Development for timely project delivery.
• Participate in work teams to optimize EHR content, functionality, and workflow.
• Coordinate with other projects to ensure EHR integration.
• Mentor project analysts and contribute to EHR innovation.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with EHRs like MEDITECH, Epic, or Cerner
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
