Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you will support HCA's mission of technological excellence within the Care Management domain by collaborating with teams to successfully execute product initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on Care Management product suite functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams and business partners to meet project objectives.
• Lead creation of standardized reports across the enterprise.
• Support Sarah Cannon Clinical community in configuration, testing, and training.
• Identify product gaps and lead enhancement efforts.
• Assist with new interface coordination and future integration strategies.
• Provide Tier 2 customer support to end users.
• Work with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Experience in IT product development.
• Knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies.
