In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on Care Management products, collaborating with project teams.
• Lead product initiative delivery and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify product gaps and lead enhancement efforts.
• Develop standardized reports and support program optimization.
• Assist with new interface coordination and provide Tier 2 customer support.
• Facilitate multi-tasking, prioritization of tasks, and completion of deliverables.
