In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide product support for regulatory and 3M HIS products, such as 3M Web Coding and Reimbursement System and 3M Audit Expert.
• Conduct application validations for regulatory updates.
• Offer after-hours support for alerting and monitoring interfaces.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage vendor issues.
• Engage in application testing for upgrades and issue resolutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and HCPCS/CPT coding or IT support for encoder products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.

• Familiarity with business requirement writing.
