• Serve as the internal product expert within the CARD team.
• Create documentation such as help guides and training manuals.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Lead small team projects and track product/service metrics.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure product compliance and updates.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-4 years of experience with DevOps products and services.
• Expertise in DevOps tools (Github, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile processes.
• Ability to produce and maintain documentation.
