In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead in the preparation and rollout of IAM projects, process documentation, and deployment changes.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to define IAM challenges and requirements.
• Articulate HCA Information Protection best practices clearly.
• Utilize SAFe to organize and collaborate with cross-platform teams.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and job aids.
• Support IAM Engineers with design specifications.
• Analyze and document product issues accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in system communication and integration efforts.
• Conduct service delivery and functionality issue resolution.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems
• Two or more years in an analyst role
• Five or more years in Identity and Access Management or Information Technology

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Cloud Identity platforms
• Experience in core IAM technologies such as federation and directory services
