In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Prepare for pilots, rollouts, and process documentation
• Establish strong ties with IAM stakeholders to address challenges
• Articulate Information Protection best practices
• Organize teams using the Scaled Agile Framework
• Engage with vendors as necessary
• Develop user documentation and training materials
• Provide technical expertise for identity management integration
• Support the maintenance of IAM products
• Assist engineers with design specifications
• Write business specifications and document work
• Ensure solutions fulfill business needs
• Aid lead team members in system communication
• Understand assigned IAM applications thoroughly
• Analyze product incidents and report them accurately
• Foster an environment encouraging information sharing and teamwork
• Coordinate and report on improvement efforts
• Adhere to the 'Code of Conduct' philosophy

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems
• Two or more years in an analyst role
• Five or more years in Identity and Access Management or IT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
