• Develop and publish training and educational resources.
• Conduct change and patch validation testing.
• Gather and document comprehensive product requirements.
• Design solutions ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Oversee data integration and quality between applications.
• Maintain strong vendor and business relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HCA's IT expectations and licensing requirements.
