In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to product and engineering teams to define analytics requirements.
• Employ data to analyze user behavior and product usage, directly influencing strategy and experimentation.
• Collaborate with data experts and stakeholders to present data in a scalable and impactful way.
• Communicate insights through data storytelling for non-technical audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience with data-driven decision-making within product or growth teams.
• High proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with high-growth technology startups.
