In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to define analytics needs and answer key questions with data.
• Support stakeholders with high-quality data modeling and reverse ETL outputs.
• Collaborate with teams to model data in a scalable and impactful way.
• Communicate technical information through data storytelling to non-technical audiences.

This role requires you to have:

• 9+ years of experience using data to derive insights and support decision-making.
• 6+ years of experience at a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in SQL and managing BI tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or dbt.
• Fluency in Python or a similar language for statistical analysis.
• Experience in operations or as an Operations Analyst.
