Hearst Television, a leader in multimedia content, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Product Development team. This role focuses on leveraging data insights to enhance business performance and drive decision-making across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a significant impact on the company’s analytics capabilities and business strategy.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead complex data analyses to understand performance and user engagement.
  • Design advanced data models and integrate diverse datasets for insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to boost business performance.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs in media consumption and advertising.
  • Manage query development for deeper consumer behavior insights.
  • Conduct audience segmentation for effective targeting strategies.
  • Analyze cross-platform audience behaviors across TV and digital platforms.
  • Use data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts to elevate team capabilities.
  • Build relationships with data leads and act as a partner in data initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses.
  • Experience in identity and audience measurement solutions.
  • Advanced skills in BI tools for reports and dashboards.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
