The Data Analyst role in the Payer Relations Department supports insurance fee negotiations through detailed business data analysis, working collaboratively within a specialized team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide analytics for insurance network and contract negotiations.
• Conduct competitive analysis of payer fee schedules.
• Analyze national and state dental price trends.
• Perform Payer revenue analysis on various metrics.
• Coordinate financial projects and report findings.
• Respond to data analytics requests from supported offices.
• Translate data into decision-oriented deliverables.
• Recommend best practices for data analytics solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive SQL or Python experience.
