Data Analyst

Heluna Health is seeking a Data Analyst for their San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team (SFHOT) program to manage data sources and the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (DHS) data collection system to enhance homelessness and housing support. The role involves significant interaction with various stakeholders and data management duties.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and manipulate multiple Access/SQL tables for data analysis.
• Oversee the DHSH data collection system and validate data files.
• Upload data to the city's secure data network.
• Collaborate with San Francisco counterparts to verify data transmissions.
• Modify data files based on feedback from the City and County of San Francisco.
• Develop databases for the Cloud, ensuring interoperability and accessibility.
• Maintain data quality control and schedule updates.
• Conduct complex data and spatial analysis using SAS and GIS.
• Manage data collection and interpretation efforts.
• Prepare publication-ready presentations, infographics, charts, and tables.
• Assist internal and external parties with data collection and application.
• Produce high-quality written documents and communications.
