This position exists to lead and support a team of analysts in delivering critical analytical services that drive the Housing for Health program. The team is dedicated to elevating program effectiveness and ensuring data strategy alignment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee recurring data reporting schedules across various timelines.
• Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources using different tools.
• Support data-informed decision-making through comprehensive analytics.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for program assessment.
• Develop and implement dashboards for quality improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy by applying quality-control measures.
• Translate complex data into accessible insights for varied stakeholders.
• Manage report and dashboard lifecycle from creation to maintenance.
• Develop standard operating procedures for data reporting efficiency.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with relational databases
• Client-centric approach
• Use of SQL or Python
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software
