Analyst (Data Coordinator)

Based in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Hendall Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Analyst (Data Coordinator). This role supports data coordination, requires strong organizational skills, and involves managing program data submissions from various stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Organize meetings
• Revise and update guidelines manual for program contacts
• Perform outreach to clients in support of program data collections and discrepancies
• Provide technical assistance regarding all program systems and data collections
• Assist with administrative issues
• Receive data in electronic and hard copy formats and prepare for input and processing
• Provide quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) review of project documents
• Support adherence to QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Create, document, and implement quality control procedures that eliminate data errors
• Prepare and submit status reports documenting program data submissions
• Revise processing operations to incorporate new data elements and data quality control
• Perform other duties as assigned

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, data science, computer science, or related fields
• 3 years of professional experience with large datasets
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
