Herbruck's Poultry Ranch is looking for a BI Analyst to join their finance team. The role involves modernizing BI infrastructure and providing actionable insights that foster a data-driven culture. The analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and translate these requirements into effective technical solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different departments to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide user training and support for BI tools.
• Work alongside the data team and other departments to leverage analytical insights.
• Design and optimize Tableau dashboards to meet departmental needs.
• Evaluate and implement suitable data warehousing solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for integration of diverse sources.
• Ensure data governance policies are followed, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Implement data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Develop efficient data models that align with business growth and requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/data analytics, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions like ClickHouse or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
