Higher Love is seeking a Cannabis Data Analyst to enhance their data management and business intelligence efforts. The role involves providing actionable insights to optimize retail operations and support company growth. By interpreting data from sales, inventory, compliance, and marketing, the analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing strategies company-wide.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Visualize data in Looker for business intelligence dashboards.
• Use SQL or Snowflake to query data warehouse tables.
• Analyze and interpret business data across multiple locations.
• Develop reports to track sales performance and inventory trends.
• Create interactive dashboards for real-time insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy in reports and dashboards.
• Present data findings and insights to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and analytics tools.
• Monitor regulatory and technological trends impacting the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in the cannabis industry
• Proficiency with Dutchie POS or similar systems
• Expertise in BI tools and database management
• Local to Marquette, MI or willing to relocate
• Ability to communicate technical data to non-technical users
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of retail operations
