Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior consultants and internal teams to develop AI strategies, ensure smooth implementation, and facilitate change management. The role exists to drive the growth of AI capabilities within the organization, capitalizing on opportunities to integrate AI solutions for business challenges.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for AI implementation through collaboration with senior consultants and business partners.
• Facilitate design and testing of AI proof of concept across teams, ensuring alignment on problem-solving and measurement criteria.
• Translate proof of concept into scalable solutions, using change management practices to support project execution.
• Manage AI portfolios, prioritize opportunities, and support value capture with ongoing reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
