Associate Provider Data Analyst

This role is critical in communicating provider reimbursement concepts and delivering data-driven insights to enhance program design and performance. The incumbent will engage with stakeholder teams, fostering cooperation and providing responsive service.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create provider reports and analytic tools for value-based reimbursement programs.
• Develop scorecards and dashboards using analytic tools for strategic partners.
• Support enterprise-wide value-based reimbursement initiatives for various healthcare providers.
• Interpret claims, provider, quality, and member data for reporting.
• Conduct provider cost savings analysis and understand ROI impacts.
• Report financial outcomes and incentives for provider arrangements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders effectively to meet program needs.
