They are seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to lead data initiatives within the Data & Analytics team, playing a crucial role in maintaining and modernizing their data governance framework.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support creation and enhancement of Master Data Assets
- Lead the implementation of Hiller's Data Governance Program
- Conduct ongoing improvement of backend queries and data pipelines
- Lead data cleanup exercises and historical restatements of data assets

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in data exploration, cleaning, analysis, and mining
- Experience in data governance and analysis of structured and unstructured data
- Proficiency in statistical and general-purpose programming languages
- Experience in project leadership and presenting to leadership teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with data governance tools such as Talend or Informatica
- Data architecture expertise for CoPilot deployments
- Experience in using APIs and data engineering concepts
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end analytics solutions, preferably in the construction industry
