The Product Analyst will join the Analytics team, driving growth and improvement through data analysis within their product, engineering, and marketing efforts.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic analyses to grow the Camper community.
- Monitor acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics and provide insights.
- Identify new opportunities for product growth and marketing strategies.
- Design and execute test analyses and sequences.
- Enable team members to access data independently.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to structure and organize data systems.
- Define and analyze success metrics to quickly iterate on experiments.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years in Product, Marketing, or Growth analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization.
- Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
