In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert on HME quality data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and improve data models.
- Create insightful reports and visualizations for decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze trends and key performance indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy through cleaning, validation, and quality reporting.
- Work with IT to develop and upgrade the data warehouse.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, with a preference for Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and R.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL, and warehousing.
