Holy Family Hospital operates two campuses located in Methuen and Haverhill, encompassing 320 beds and offering comprehensive medical services, including advanced cardiac care and private rooms. The Senior Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing data analytics for the Quality & Patient Safety department, contributing crucial support to departmental objectives and projects focused on quality data sources.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting purposes using Meditech Expanse Data Repository.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards, addressing data issues proactively.
• Automate report delivery using SAP Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
• Develop and manage Meditech BCA datasets for end-user analysis.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for presentations and committees using various tools.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
• Maintain an internal Access Database to track report fields.
• Collaborate with Information Systems to resolve report-related issues.

This role requires you to have:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a data analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases like MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and develop related reports.
• Quality assurance skills to ensure data integrity.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills for problem resolution.
• Collaborative skills with clinical and IT resources.

The position is based at Lawrence General Hospital, operating within the HFH Quality & Safety department. The work schedule is 40 hours a week, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
